VISION 异象
Equipping men and women to fulfill the task commanded in Ephesians 4:11-13 (“Preparing God’s people for works of service so that the body of Christ may be built up and become mature”) and in Matthew 28:18-20 (“to make disciples of all nations”) by utilizing various resources through strategic partnerships.
透过各种资源的运用和策略伙伴的建立，帮助教会成全信徒各尽其职，建立基督的身体，使彼等满有基督长成的身量（以弗所书4:11-13）；装备蒙神呼召的男女去执行全世界归基督的大使命（马太福音28:18-20）。
PURPOSE 宗旨
Providing quality theological training to church leaders who have a strong sense of calling and commitment to serve God in the church field.
为蒙召委身事奉的教会领袖提供优质的神学训练
OBJECTIVES FOR TRAINING 目标
- To provide students with a strong biblical and theological foundation for life and ministry.
为学生的生命与事奉提供以圣经为基准的坚固神学基础。 - To nurture in students a deep spiritual life which will enable them to exemplify Christian character and deal with the challenges of ministry through God’s power.
培养学生过有深度的属灵生活，彰显基督徒的品质；并具备胜过生命与事奉之问题的能力。 - Develop in students the following ministry skills:
推存并培养学生事奉的实用技能，如具有领导教会完成神的旨意和监理各种事工计划的能力;
- To lead the church to accomplish God’s will and administer the various programs of ministry;
具有领导教会对外的宣教事工的能力；与人分享个人得救经验与福音的能力； - To direct the missionary outreach program of the church, share personal faith and God’s plan for salvation with others and lead those who have committed their lives to Christ towards mature discipleship; To direct the church to meaningful encounters with God through worship;
带领决志者获得健全的门徒训练的能力；带领教会经历与神同在满有意义的敬拜生活的能力； - To develop the skills and spiritual gifts of Christians for participating in effective ministry through the church education program;
藉着教会的教育事工发掘信徒的长处与恩赐的能力； - To minister to and counsel people during times of crisis;
教导他们能有实效地参与事奉的能力； - To interpret the Bible accurately and proclaim and teach God’s word with conviction and power
服事并辅导面临危机的弟兄姐妹的能力及正确讲解圣经和满有信心与权柄地教导神的道的能力等。
4. Lead students to appreciate and learn from their Christian and Baptist heritage.
引导学生从基督徒与浸信会会友的角度，涉取前辈研究成果，以得造就。
